Mechanical design engineer
I. Job Responsibilities
1) Have a solid foundation in mechanical design and experience in mechanical related design, responsible for the design of mechanical structure and mechanical parts, material selection;
2) Proficient in AutoCAD, Solidworks and other mechanical design software;
3) Responsible for the simulation of product mechanical structure;
4) Responsible for cooperating with hydraulic and electrical engineers to complete product design;
5) Responsible for non-standard automation development projects, including scheme design, general drawing design, parts design, and on-site installation guidance;
6) Familiar with the basic principle of hydraulic system of underwater products, and those with certain hydraulic system design ability are preferred.
2. Job requirements
1) Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design and manufacturing automation, familiar with mechanical principles; familiar with mechanical processing technology;
2) At least 5 years experience in the design of non-standard automation equipment, able to independently complete non-standard automation development projects, including scheme design, general drawing design, parts design and on-site installation guidance;
3) Proficient in pneumatic and hydraulic principles, familiar with servo applications; experience in offshore engineering or underwater drilling equipment design is preferred;
Proficient in CAD, skilled in using SolidWorks and other 3D drawing software;
College English Test Band 4 or above, able to communicate in English on a daily basis.
Hydraulic systems engineer-Marine umbilical winch design
I. Job Responsibilities
1) Design and develop the hydraulic operating system of the winch to ensure the best performance and continuous operation under constant tension;
2) Formulated detailed scheme, system layout, schematic diagram and component specifications, integrated hydraulic theory, control strategy and system dynamics;
3) Design a silent hydraulic power unit, and clarify its requirements for power supply, cooling and other public facilities;
4) Familiar with and comply with safety and quality standards for Marine and underwater operations (such as ISO, API, DNV-GL), and ensure that the design complies with Chinese and international offshore engineering safety and environmental regulations;
5) Prepare technical documents, including design drawings, technical reports, operation procedures, system test and acceptance plans;
6) Organized past project cases, performance data and customer feedback to demonstrate the reliability of design experience. Experienced in collaborating with mechanical, control and Marine installation engineers to optimize system integration and performance;
7) Participated in the identification test, troubleshooting and on-site debugging of the umbilical cable winch system on the offshore platform to verify the design reliability under continuous operation.
2. Job requirements
1) Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, fluid power engineering or related major, with hydraulic system certification or special training certificate of ocean engineering preferred;
2) 8-10 years of hydraulic system design experience, focusing on Marine winch application and constant tension control;
3) Proficient in hydraulic components, fluid dynamics, control systems and constant tension mechanism;
4) Proficient in CAD software and simulation tools, good at design verification and failure mode and effect analysis, quantify and reduce system risks;
5) Ability to write technical documents and project reports with clear logic and rigorous details. Excellent written and oral English and Chinese communication skills;
6) Practical experience in Marine module deployment or underwater operation is preferred;
7) Able to adapt to short-term sea business trips and participate in winch debugging and troubleshooting.
